Matthew and Dawn Holiday are elders and senior leaders of Christ Church North Bay. Matthew is a native to Marin who spent 15 years as a youth pastor, 10 years working in a residential discipleship program for troubled young men, and decades working as an independent building contractor. He has a degree in communications and a masters degree in pastoral counseling. Dawn has a degree in social work and a masters degree in counseling psychology and a license in marriage and family counseling. She works in the church and with a private practice locally. Matthew and Dawn share a passion for healthy families, and seeing people free and restored in a relationship with Jesus Christ. They have a testimony of God's faithfulness and enjoy life together with their four sons and the CCNB community.
